A Simple McStrechy
YHC has been dealing with hip and IT pain lately. So what better way to work it out than a little Broga McStretchy Pants? Who’s in? Apparently about 11 others.
This group is too big (don’t tell Governor Cooper) to fit in our normal area so we opted for the wall ball court. Pick a spot and unfurl your mat or towel.
What we did was pretty simple.
– Down Dog
– Up Dog
– Runners Pose
– Pigeon (now known as Gophers)
– Misc Leg stretches
