10 PAX arrived this morning suspecting this may be the last sanctioned workout for a while (our suspicions were confirmed post beatdown).  We moseyed to the bus lot and made one large circle as we were within the 10-person threshold.  Shortly thereafter, Dutch Boy decided to grace us with his presence.  Audible to two circles of 5 PAX each with YHC in the middle.  Cadence continued.

The Thang

YHC arrived early this morning to put cones at each basketball goal (or where the basketball goal should have been, thanks Pav).  Instructions were given that touching YHC cones would result in 5 penalty burpees as would any physical touching of the other PAX. Split into two groups.  One group got to cone one and face the school.  One group go to cone two and face Shelley.  The exercise consisted of going back and forth between your home cone and the one set up across from you.

1st Exercise – Welsh Dragon x 5, return to your home cone and repeat-0 x 3

Plank for the 6 facing your designated direction

2nd Exercise – Death by Burpees x 5 (Lunge Walk x 4 1=1 then a Burpee, increase by 1 each time), return to your home cone and repeat-o x 3

3rd Exercise – Run to cone, do the Individual Medley (5 x SSH, 5 x Mercans, 5 x Burpees, 5 x Low Flutters 2=1), return to your home cone, repeat-o x 3

4th Exercise – Bear Crawl to cone, do CDD’s x 5, quadrafeelia to your home cone, repeat-o x 3

5th Exercise – Crab Walk to the cone, do 10 LBC’s, quadrafeelia to your home cone, repeat-o x 3

6th Exercise – Sprint to cone, doe 5 jump squats, quadrafeelia to your home cone, repeat-o x 3

Mosey to Mary – Two Circles of 5 with YHC in the middle of the two circles calling cadence
