Outbreak or Epidemic
Well Tuesday we received notice of the outbreak of the Fartsack virus here in Mint Hill. The CDC confirmed the outbreak, and may now actually call it an epidemic. It’s confirmed that at least four of Mint Hill’s PAX have a the case of the FSK(Fartsack virus), but two newest PAX appear strong enough to fight off the FSK virus. Again we need to stress this is highly contagious. It appears to be hitting all age groups. Will it continue to spread?
Today started off with a some SSH and Grampa jacks. We then carried our personal cinder block and took a short mosey. We stopped at each street light and completed Merkins using the cinder blocks. We made six stops, and we completed 10 Merkins at each stop. Then the workout started. We had one PAX(timer) pull a fire hose across the parking lot while the rest of the PAX completed exercises with the blocks and bells. They were: squats with bells on blocks, straight leg dead lifts with bells on blocks, step ups, around the world, shoulder press, curls and Merkins on the blocks. Good workout PAX!
- Keep Bluecrush in your prayers
- Gopher please don’t catch the FSK virus.
- Uncle Fester’s second day! Glad to have you! Watch out for the FSK virus!
It was a pleasure! And tomorrow’s Q is Silas again. No beer tonight! Let’s hope the Epidemic is not increasing!
