Preblast: Resuming and extending our 2020 Post Goal Challenge

  • When: 01/01/2020 to 12/31/2020
  • QIC: Poutine and the 1st F committee
  • The PAX: All MECA

Following a pause to the official F3 beatdowns caused by Covid-19, we will extend the completion date of the 2020 Post Goal Challenge to Feb 28, 2021.  Some PAX kept up with beatdowns via Zoom, OTB, P90X, Richard Simmons videos, etc.  But others had various reasons not to be able to do so and therefore the reason for the extensions caused by unforeseen circumstances.  Some had questions about what we will do about the 2021 Post Goal Challenge.  For 2021, we would still start on January 1st and simply double count January and February for both end of 2020 and start of 2021.  Again, we will provide additional guideline as we get closer to 2021.  Let’s get out of this Covid-19 mess in 2020 and we’ll regroup on 2021 when we get closer.

For those who have kept up by not paid the $10.00 thus far, please do so.  YHC will be happy to send updated invoice, which include late fees and interest :-).  Don’t forget to update the Google sheet with your number of posts.

PAX set a goal for number of post they want to reach in 2020.
100 Posts = Bronze Patch
150 Posts = Red Patch
200 Posts = Blued Patch

Start date:  January 1st, 2020

End date:  February 28th 2021

Cost:  $10.00

Registration:  Enter your F3 name, full name and your 2020 Post goal in attached Google Doc. Then send $10.00 registration fee to Poutine (aka Danny Bujold) via PayPal at

  • PAX pay $10.00 for the goal they want to reach.  For example, if the goal of 150 Posts fell short but exceeded the 100 post, PAX can pay $10.00 to get the 100 post patch but the $10.00 for the 150 goal that fell short is non refundable.  On flip side, if PAX set a goal of 100 posts but reaches over 150 posts, the PAX will receive the 100 post patch and has option to pay an additional $10.00 for the completed 150 posts.  The same rule will apply if PAX reaches the set goal of 200 posts but would like to also have the 100, and 150 patches which would be available for cost of $10.00 each.
  • Posts outside of F3MECA will also count, but need to be mentioned thru Twitter, Slack, Strava, or elsewhere.  This is an honor system, but it is also fun to keep track of where PAX actually post outside MECA.
