The PAX Voted for Strength
YHC gave the PAX an option on Slack yesterday evening: Strength or Cardio workout, and the overwhelming majority requested the strength workout. So that is what I gave them.
It went a little something like this:
19 Cotton Pickers
19 Hill Billies
19 Mountain Climbers (slow just like Gump likes it)
Mosey to the awning across from the playground. Pair up. Partner 1 grabs a cinder block and returns, Partner 2 does plank. Once Partner 1 returns the fun begins.
Partner 1 runs to the playground and does 5 pull-ups. Partner 2 begins chest presses. Perform a combined 200 as a team.
Next: Same format but with curls. Combined 200 as a team.
Next: Same format but with squats. Combined 200 as a team.
Next: Same format but with LBCs. Combined 300 as a team.
Next: Same format but with overhead presses. Combined 100 as a team.
