April ‘19 Old Glory

Good turnout this morning for Old Glory! Glad those lonely cold mornings are behind us.
The workout:
Mile run—return all the way back to the flag
20 merkins at the southwest corner of the building
10 pull ups at the bars
20 jump squats in the north lot beyond the playground
20 WWIIs at the northeast entrance
Return to flag and REPEATO until 6:02
Fellowship run to end
