Time to start training for the savage race

12 men posted at Comanche today to see what YHC had in store. With the Savage race coming up on Sunday, May 19th. I hope this didn’t disappoint.

Warm-up
– Mosey around the parking lot
– Zigzag in the parking spaces
– SSH x 10
– Cotton pickers x 10
– IST x 10

The Thang
We partnered up for the remainder of the workout. Here’s what we did.

Mosey over to the playground for 3 rounds of the following 3 exercises:
– box jump x 10
– Burpees x 10
– Partner pull-ups x 10

Mosey over to the blocks for 3 rounds of the following:
– Hand release merkins x 10
– curls (as many as you can while partner did the merkins)

Mosey past the buses to behind the school. Stop and bear crawl from just behind the school to the area with the picnic tables for 3 rounds of the following:
– Bulgarian split squat x 10 each leg
– Muscle ups (as many as you can while partner did the squats)

Mosey back to the playground for one final round of the first series of exercises we did:
– box jump x 10
– Burpees x 10
– Partner pull-ups x 10

Mosey back to parking lot for quick Mary.

– Nice work by all this morning. I hope this didn’t disappoint. We will continue to do workouts like this to prepare for the Savage Blitz on Sunday, May 19th (click here). When you register make sure you look for the “F3 Comanche” team. So far 9 of us have signed up.
