Continue on Loop to West A St. Take a left on West A, and continue to Right on Goldston St, Then right on Elm St. (Luckily we didn’t encounter any nightmares while on Elm St) Take a left back on Loop then another left onto Oval St. Take Oval back to West A making a left, then left again back onto Goldston St. Right again onto Elm St, then left onto Loop heading back to AO. Once back at AO, SPRINTS. 4-30 yard sprints were completed. Around 3.5+/- miles completed this morning.

Great run this morning guys. I HATE the hills with a passion, and what better way to overcome them than to embrace them. They will only make one stronger. Thanks for putting up with the Q from the six. I know I can’t keep up YET, but I WILL be up there soon enough. Not much banter this morning, atleast non that could be heard from the six, so I guess the run was tough enough. Hills are always a game changer.
