Monday Morning Grind
6 Pax out in the cool Monday morning gloom to get the first full week of March rolling strong. The route today was mostly what the Afton cruisers have come accustomed too. YHC modified the new Mount Afton addition by cutting off the circle around the church in an attempt to not run over on time. Pax knocked out 5-6+ miles in the gloom. Big Blue was feeling extra frisky this morning and seemed to be passing YHC every few minutes.
YHC signed up to Q this fine Monday morning cruise before knowing it would be a Monday following a marathon. It was a great challenge with Talladega and many Harrisburg pax on Saturday but YHC is still pretty darn spent. I was glad to see several pax in the lot when I pulled in because I was not sure how this one was gonna feel and thought I might need to be carried back. YHC is still pretty sore but it was great to get back to work and slowly getting loosened up this am.
Strong work by all! #ironsharpensiron
