From a kettle bell workout with Oboe, Chicken coop, and Ace Ventura where we went up the ladder doing 1 -> 20 on shoulder Press and Chest Presses, I felt I was stuck there, so had to come down. So the Thang went like this
Start on a parking lot line with 20 Shoulder Press, and 20 KB squats, walk to the next line and 19 and so on
Mixed Chest Press and WW2 situps 20 -> 1
I missed a count once and Hammer made all of us do 5 Burpees
Got back to where we started for the Merry.
