Warm-up in deck because of rain. 20 SSH, 15 Hillbillies and 2 10 count Hamstring stretch.
Thang: Run to the top of the deck and then down the stairs and complete listed exercise. They were as follows. 10 Burpees, 20 WWII, 30 Brazilians, 40 Merkins, 50 KGBs, 60 Squats, 70 LBCs. We completed all 7 deck climbs with fire chicken leading the way, all the while complaining that we don’t do non core exercises Monday .
Mary: Broga stretch
Moleskin: solid group staying busy today with moderate chatter as we went. My mind was busy thinking about the class day I had ahead .I needed the burn and the run. It would have been a solid workout outside but served it’s purpose in the deck.
