It Takes Balls…..and Bells
5 PAX emerged out of the warm fartsack and into the frigid gloom on the first day of February to see what toys were coming out of the box this morning. Dr. Phil even made it out again which is two M3’s in a row, WOW!
YHC shared a few thoughts about gratitude this morning:
I am very grateful for discovering and being a part of the F3 Nation and all of you PAX out there. I often catch myself thinking about what I don’t have or what “thing” I want next and forget to show sincere gratitude for the things, relationships, challenges, and good health that I have right now. Let’s all try to practice gratitude everyday. Tell someone thank you for the positive impact they have made in your life. Give thanks for your family, your blessings, your struggles, your job, and your health. Waking in the morning and repeating, “It’s great to be alive,” is a good place to start.
