The Healing Workout?

8 pax got their Tuesday off to a great start.  Forgotten Jelly and Buckwheat put in some extra credit by doing a pre-run before the beatdown.  #tclaps

After a brief mosey, we circled up for a little warm-o-rama

  • SSH x 20
  • IST x 15
  • Cotton Pickers x 15
  • Mountain Climbers x 15

All warmed-up, we slow moseyed to the wall for People’s Chair (with air presses of course) followed by everyone’s favorite – 5 burpees

  • Mosey to Cinderblocks
  • Curls x 20 OYO
  • Quadraphelia up the hill to the first light and then back down
  • Chest Presses x 30 OYO
  • Mosey to end of bus lot
  • WWII Situps x 20 OYO
  • Mosey to back of the school
  • Dips x 20
  • Step-ups x 10 (each leg)
  • Muscle-Ups x 20
  • Dips x 20
  • Mosey to School of Rock(s)
  • Tricep Extensions with Rock x 25
  • Mosey to front of school
  • LBCs x 30
  • People’s Chair
  • Lunge Walk

  • Quadraphelia up the hill to the first light and then back down
  • Mosey to front of school and circle up

Thanks for joining me men.  It was over the course of the workout that Buckwheat went from barely being able to mosey from one spot to the next to looking like a track athlete at the end.  Hence, the title of this workout.
