Cotton PIckers (X12)
Short mosey to bike racks, partner up, 20 partner assisted merkins, 15 partner assisted dips (X3).
Mosey to bottom of Skyline for the main event. Run up to first street, 15 CDD, run back to bottom; run up to second street, 30 air squats, run to bottom; run to top of hill to house with light on/American flag, 45 LBC’s, run to bottom; 10 muscle ups. 3 sets.
Run back for Mason Twists, pretzel crunch, squirm, low dolly.
Great to lead again fellas. I haven’t felt a burn like that in a while; was the first time I can recall having to take a break during LBC’s to catch my breath. Chavez absolutely killed it today; looked like he barely broke a sweat. My only regret is that Disaster didn’t have much left in the tank for mumblechatter.
