Swinging our bells

Six men showed up to the second Comanche KB workout to swing our bells. Here’s what we did:

1. Chest Press
2. Skull Crushers
3. Shoulder Press
4. Sumo Squats
5. Curls
6. Lawnmower pull (each arm)
7. KB Swings
8. High pulls
9. KB Merkins (each arm)
10. LBCs (IC)

We did a bunch. We started with 10 reps each, then 9, 8,…down to 1. We ran a bit too, but I wanted us to finish all the reps. Nice work by all.
