And all through the house. The Pax had gathered  not at all quiet like a mouse.

There was Hammer and Ranger who said they’d be there and the return of Opie who was welcomed with cheer.

YHC read the disclaimer as we rolled out our mats. There were sun salutations, bridges and twists. Pax left feeling warmed and stretched like cats. 

Counted off and said a quick prayer. There was one for FIA, another for the F3 Nation for which we care.
