Sharknado @ Davis Lake!
8 brave men entered the gloom. All left stronger. With all the talk of hurricane Florence, YHC thought Sharknado would be the perfect workout for this morning. It went like this:
20 Diamond Merkins
20 WWII Sit ups
20 Scorpion Dry Docks
AMRAP until time or you complete five rounds. Each run was .15 miles.
No man completed this beast but Metro came closest with four rounds. Usually, there is no warm up or cool down for this workout. Perhaps if we’d done it this way, he would’ve completed all five rounds!
It was good seeing Febreze out on a weekday. Full disclosure, the gym was closed.
