Me, myself and I stretch workout went something like this.

  • High Knee
  • Butt Kickers
  • Ball Kicks
  • Cobler Pose
  • Hamstring stretch L/R
  • Plank Heel raises X 10 each leg
  • High Pigeons X 2 (1 minute each leg)
  • Cat / Cows X 10
  • Bow X 2
  • Superman pulses X 10 (Hold for 10 seconds / rest for 5 seconds
  • Ball stretch
  • Standing Heel to Butt stretch
  • Standing Knee to Chest
  • Curb calf raises X 25
  • Tennis Ball IT rolls L/R
  • Tennis Ball below knee rolls
  • Push ups 2 X 10
