Mosey to parking lot

One teammate starts at Station 1 and one at 2 performing the below exercises. The 3rd teammate carries a rail plate over their head between the stations and switches out with the teammate until all reps are complete.

Moleskin:

Great to have 15 guys out on a cooler morning to indulge YHC and pull out an old workout. This was a great workout Pharaoh led at Tradition in 2014 (before my hiatus). You guys absolutely crushed it after some mumble chatter at the beginning everyone got to work.
