Needing a change of scenery and being shamed Tuesday for trying to explore Comanche and avoiding APFT YHC decided to head to the Clubhouse and check in on the status of the swimming hole. Pax needed reminding Pool body’s needed by 2 weeks or less. 11 rolled in pretty close to on time. Great Job MC
Mosey to the boulder for some SSH x 12 IC and give stragglers a chance to catch up. Roll to intersection of Moss Farm and Moss Plantation. Im tired. Stop for some IST x 12 IC Roll on to clubhouse lot for some Windmills x 12 IC
Line up one end of the parking lot for some I think Lt Dan’s ( burpee broadjump with 2 lunge’s mixed in) to end of lot. Mosey to stairs of death bear crawl down. SSH until all pax down
22 latter by 2s. Merkins and inverted rows. plank when done. 10 count. Crawl bear up the stairs and LBC until pax are up. 10 count. Mosey to intersection of Moss Farm and Moss plantation for some low flutters x 20 IC. Mosey to Boulder for some broad daylight monkey humpers x 20 IC
Mosey to lot for Mason twists x 20 IC and Freddy Mercury’s x 20 IC and Dying cockroach x 5 IC this workout won’t end. YHC called with a minute to spare.
