Come join us as we plunge into the New Year with F3 MeCa’s newest AO, “The Mineshaft” on Saturday, January 6th at 7am! This hour long workout will utilize the plethora of stairs, hills, courtyards, walls and parking decks on the UNCC campus to provide a thorough beatdown for FNGs and F3 Veterans alike. Coffeeteria to follow at Chick-Fil-A (8648 JW Clay Blvd, Charlotte, NC 28262). If you know anyone in the university area that could use a fresh start in the new year, EH them and get them out to this exciting new AO!
