  2. I’m not sure if I misheard or what… but did at one point Luxury comment on your beatdown with “I used to think you were the kind and compassionate guy” or something? Hahaha.

    Those penalty burpees though. I kind of wanted to fall over dead for a while.

  3. Good one @guiness! I am just happy to participate and the positive change in physical and emotional well being is a wonderful benefit.

    @Luxury said “Guiness is the most brutal q!” I think he was referring to the beatdown.
