30 of Highland’s finest (including a nice contingent from Skywalker) created a PAX whose numbers were greater than the temperature. Skull caps were the norm as even @Gordo had his noggin covered. When @Google arrived on time the YHC felt already behind schedule with the disclaimer, but no worries – the world was set back to it’s normal schedule when @Parkour rolled up in true form as the mosey had already begun to…

THE THANG:

Partner 1 runs to to the playground for 10 Pull Ups while Partner 2 does 5 Dips, 5 Incline Merkins, 5 Derkins continually until they switch – 3 rounds total

Indian run to golf club and form one long line in the parking lot. The PAX performed the following exercises while one by one men left the line for the stairs.

• Carolina Dry Docks –  1 gap rep then just run stairs
• Squats – 2 gap reps then hop stairs
• Push ups – 1 gap reps then touch every step with both feet
• Lunges – 2 gap reps then Bear Crawl

Mosey back to the wall on Highland Creek for a quasi Indian Run with Muscle ups in the middle all the way down the wall – 1 gap rep. Q fail as we ran out of wall. Rest assured this will never happen again. YHC will pick a much longer wall next time.

Mosey to the bike racks at the elementary school and partner up again for 10 partner assisted dips and 10 partner assisted Merkins for 3 rounds.

THE FROZEN MOLESKIN:

1. Great work today men! It’s strong when 30 men show up on 29 degree morning.
2. @Stampede might be the most enthusiastic member of the PAX YHC has seen in a long time. Nice EH by @Bling.
3. Thanksgiving morning @ColMustard will have the Q for a normal launch time of 0530.

5. @Derby claimed his weighted vest weighs 300lbs, which makes him slightly heavier than YHC.
6. In case someone was on a different end of the line, @Chopper’s #mumblechatter game is unaffected by the colder weather. It was a varied topical cornucopia for this Thanksgiving holiday. Everything from Bojangles’ turkeys to the smoking habits of rabbits after uh, well, you know.
