8 comedians took over Tradition this morning. It was billed as a Q by the toughest Q in MeCa, but @buckwheat was called away and asked YHC to fill in for him. As we moseyed around the building I noticed that we had a bunch of seasoned Q’s at Tradition today, and a new plan was brewing quickly in my mind.
As usual, @Dutch got the BBC talk going. If only we could figure out how to get him as focused on F3……@Buckwheat has some ideas……
@Maximus was in true enforcer mode this morning! What happened to the quiet Maximus who used to come to workouts and say nothing? Great to see you growth over the years bro! And your humor is 2nd to none!
We did a 5 minute peoples Q. Basically each pax member would get 5 minutes to beat us down.
I chose the pax at random and was impressed with what guys came up with so quickly. It took King Louie a little while to get his thoughts out of his head, but once they came out, we were smoked.
ONJ surprised the heck out me by Q’ing a suicide burped sprint??!!! What the …..!!!!
Actually turned out to be a fun morning with a lot of muscle burn.

I was slow to get an idea out for 2 reasons, I’m sure everyone will “appreciate” the second one. 1) I just didn’t realize it was a people’s Q. 2) I came up with a few ideas and kept turning them down for something “better”

You always bring the humor @dingo. Thanks! I’m a little older so it took me a while to catch on to the humor aspect of F3. For the first year I was in disbelief (actually in shock) I could get out of bed at 5:00 am regularly and go workout. Year 2 – I got it – and it is more fun.
I strenuously object to the “proposed” name change -we can’t just have some rogue thought from a retired master q pushing his way thru the democratic process of name selection. -can we?
Pax don’t let his strong armed tactics and peculiar accent fool you – I think I need a safe zone AO in which to feel less threatened.
Maximus -sorry for constantly bumping into you on the curb walks- I just couldn’t bring myself to move to the left – only and always to the right!

I felt like I was doing a “Tulip” Q today. i.e. Stand around and talk……mostly about the greatness of BBC. And how i go to a mom workout cause I’m scared of the big boy workouts. #truthnugget

Well Tulip, In chapter 12, page 7, section 3, paragraph 4, line 11, if the Fs handbook “herein thereafter one shall have little to no influence of that parties assumed name. Any push back of the before mentioned name will result in an overruling of that parties wishes and desires”
