No More Soccer Arms – RS BellBuster

All All MECA Backblasts

November 18th, 2016 By Sparknut

It was a well attended bell buster at 10 brave souls, and each man is now stronger because of his wise choice. Caboose was lured out into the Rolling Stone gloom with a promise from Ty Webb that there would be extra bells for him to use. It turned out that we have rocks – bells not so much. Where was Whatley? Now I’m feeling self-conscious…and I had carefully planned it our just for Whatley with no use of calf muscles. Anyway, the promise was “no more soccer arms”. Let’s see if we got the job done. And we’re off…

WARMARAMA

DYNAMIC MOSEY

THE THANG- Head over the Milkbone’s Rail

-Wall Worm x 3 (Al Gore with the bell while you wait)

Circle up at the source of some horrible plumbing issue. Tobata (sp?) style each exercise on for 30 seconds AMRAP, 10 second rest, move to the next exercise.

ANNOUNCEMENTS

PRAYERS

  1. Continue to pray for those fighting the forest fires and those who are suffering because of them.
  2. Praise for First Date’s brother Joshua back at work. Pray continued strength.
  3. Pray for Stampede and others who are fighting back from severe physical challenges.

MOLESKIN

  1. The experiments continue, but you guys keep coming out to see what might happen next (that is, except for Whatley). I am very thankful for the opportunity to lead and my goal is always to offer the value to you that you most assuredly offer to me. I pray that by God’s grace, I have accomplished my goal.
  2. Was that smell plumbing/sewerage or was it Ty Webb? I hope everything worked out with your pre-F3 routine this morning.
  3. Heat Stroke – It looks like you shine in the strength exercises. You were crushing the rail work!
  4. Caboose – I gotta give you props for that man-sized rock and your excellent modification to the Bell Crawl.
  5. Schnitzel – I respect your determination to persevere through the injury. Prayers up for you my friend. Press on!
  6. No calves were injured in the making of this beat down.

…hope you got your money’s worth

  1. Great work by all the PAX this morning! Enjoy the weekend.

  2. Sparknut the Sadist- has a nice ring to it. You definitely delivered today, and the pump to the biceps was a welcomed addition to RS- with no pull up bars we have to use rocks and KB’s, right? I’m gonna be sore…

I think several of you made all four RS workouts this week- strong. Plus Sugar did some extra credit running before the happy hour last night- crazy.

    Until next time.

    1. Sadist- That is one of the nicest things anyone has ever said to me. I’m touched.

  3. Nice Q @Sparknut. Love and hate the Wall Worms.

Thanks for prayers, hopefully a little rest from running can complete the healing. Maybe if I would have rested 4 months ago… I’m just thankful that F3 has options like KB and stretching to keep the body moving.

Wasn’t @Whatley at the game last night?

  4. Good lord, it took me long enough to find this backblast. One would think that the the “Bell Buster” backblast would be posted under the “Bell Buster” section of the website. Guess not. I may post my BB’s late, but at least they are in the right spot. I digress. Solid beatdown by Sparknut this morning. Bell crawls were a new one for me and I liked it. The smell very well could have been me. I must say that I rather enjoy my own smells and hope the PAX can grow to enjoy them as well. The ultimate goal is to one day have merlot spillage as a result of fart smellage.

    1. I am grateful for your criticism, as I was unaware of this “Bell Buster tab, and have promptly moved to full compliance! Ha ha. I respect your high and lofty goals for merlot spillage, as spillage for any reason always raises the spirits of the PAX!

  5. Who would have known Ty Webb talks and types so much? Glad to have him as part of the RS PAX!
