9 men got out of their fartsacks and entered the gloom for what turned into an impromptu workout Q’d by YHC.  I had a different plan in mind but our FNG (and youngest member of the Davis Lake pax caused me to call an audible).  Welcome to Ethan (name to follow)!  Apparently, and I’m ashamed to say this, just mentioning The Murph causes a few of the pax to go pee pee in their pants.  Actually having to do it would probably make a few of the pax do an unplanned and unexpected number 2.  The thing about F3 is, what you get out of it is correlated with what you put into it.  You can choose to wake up ridiculously early, not do exercises, not push yourself, and remain exactly the same…which is a yuuuuuge waste of time in YHC’s opinion.  OR, you can strive to push yourself a little farther than you thought you could go, give 110% each time, and become stronger than you ever thought possible.  I know I need to work on the latter as we all forget this concept sometimes as we get comfortable.  I will pledge today to do exactly that.

Speaking of pushing ourselves, @King Julian actually ran to the workout this morning.  I couldn’t believe it.  So YHC decided to write a King Julian-esque BB.

Warmorama:
SSH, IST,MC etc. etc.

The Thang:
Mosey up to David Cox, then to and around the Shopping Center to do mericans, LBCs, derkins, partner get ups, partner throw downs, reverse crunches, planks, people’s chair, BTTW, yada yada yada.

Mosey back to the clubhouse from David Cox to plank, plank again, mosey again, etc. etc. etc.

    LOL!! Nice BB and props to King Julian for setting the standard! Great workout even though The Farm didn’t have a winkie! At least my winkie got harder when it was challenged! LOL

        No it’s “I updated my phone and the alarm didn’t go off.” I fixed that foolishness though! Also, how come I can type a book and you jokers don’t respond, but when I post a @King Julian inspired BB, you can’t shut up?????
