After a quick welcome and instruction–

The Thang:

Mosey through the secret garden out to Mecklenburg navigating the round a bout, and into Plaza Baptist Lot for some COP.

20 of SSH, Squats, Merkins, and Mtn Climbers

Mosey back to park to play ground for pyramids…..1 pull up, 2 merkins, 3 squats, adding another multiple each time up to 5, 10, 15 and back down to 1…

Mosey to soccer field for some partner work…partner A runs length of field and back…partner B does counted exercies until a total of 100 merkins, 200 flutters, 300 sumo squats, 200 flutters, and 100 merkins are completed as a team…

back to hoops court…10 burpees on your own…..10 burpees on your own….5 burpees with max elevation on your own…

YHC loves Q’ing here. So many new guys, so many new areas to see, hence so many TM opportunities. Plus the site Q is so cool that I am formally renouncing my degree from Georgetown and am becoming a die hard Cuse fan.

Out of the 18, 6 were out for the second time and 5 for their first…definitely an eye opener for some of them…especially those who showed up at 7:01 to see us a minute away. It’s kind of eerie watching guys appear from the other side of the park, in complete darkness. This may challenge Governor for having the highest percentage of PAX that walk or run to the AO
