All All MECA BackblastsOctober 26th, 2016
A great showing for the satisfaction cruise with 6, although I have to admit I was disappointed that Schnitzel and company did not make it our after my advertised Army PFT prep version of the cruise. Variety being the spice of life, why not change it up and run in circles for a really long time!

Sorry about the late BB. It’s been one of those days.
I was feeling pretty good about myself until I talked to Creeper from Davidson who ran 800 splits this morning at a 6:05 pace on his hot laps.
I appreciate the Tclaps but pretty sure you had 10 as well. Maybe you meant I was the only OLD GUY to do 10??? And what are doing talking with those <7:00 guys?? Nuthin but trouble I say……
Good stuff, I could use to quicken my pace a bit….just a bit!
Nice to have more that just 3 of us, thanks to all who posted!!
Haha – well I guess it’s debatable. My IT Band shut me down for my last lap, so I was unable to sprint my last, but was in fact reduced to a hobble.
I actually didn’t hate it!! Good job with the interval training in method. Ill go for 10 next time.
Missed two Wed RS Cruise in a row…did make it out to Dallas Glencoe post yesterday morning, lots warmer there than what ya’ll had.
The interval training sounds miserable- hope you do it again so I can join the fun in an upcoming cruise.
Until next time.
