After a brief discussion about who did or didn’t sign up for the Q this morning, and Baby Face abdicating to my lead based on a thin claim of him not being as prepared me, we set out on a crazy journey that I made up as we went.

Warmup

Mosey around the traffic circle, up and down the Chlorine Stairs until dizzy, around the other side of the traffic circle to the playground.

• American Ninja Warrior up, over, around and through the playground equipment.

Mosey back out to the traffic circle.

• SSH x30
• Merkin x20
• Running Man x20
• Mountain Climber x20
• LBC x40

The Thang

Mosey to the middle school track stopping for three pain stations along the way:

1. Air Squat x20
2. Bear Crawl across the bus parking lot.
3. Hand Rail Shimmy down the ramp.

At the track, run a lap stopping at each corner for:

• 10 Merkins
• 10 Wide Merkins
• 10 Diamond Merkins
• Plank

(Hurdle optional.)

Repeato with:

• 20 Air Squats
• 20 Lunges
• 10 Jump Squats
• Plank

(Shopping cart push optional and limited availability.)

YHC located some tires to use as coupons and since we were one short we grabbed a track hurdle as well.

Mosey to the wall with the railing and climb over the wall and railing with the coupons.

Mosey around the middle school to the hill by the elementary school.

• 4 minutes of Quadraphelia with coupons.

Return to the track throwing the tires out in front of us for part of the distance.

Mosey back to Simmon’s traffic circle.

Moleskin

1. Baby Face, you got the Q next week. I verified it on the schedule and confirmed nobody was signed up for today, so that clears that up.
2. Also, crazy is not one of the three Fs, but Freakin’ Crazy might be.
3. Too bad we didn’t find a few more shopping carts, because it was fun running around the track pushing it in front of me.  It made me faster.
4. SS Minnow returns this Thursday to Q District 7. Don’t miss it.
