100 Burpees…what else did you expect??
All All MECA BackblastsOctober 14th, 2016
A few days ago I got an itch. Not one that needed to be cured by a prescribed ointment (I know some minds went there). Instead, I was itching to meet the Garinger pax. Since I had a half day starting at 9 and ending at noon, I woke up early, and headed out. I didn’t spend too much time planning because I knew I wanted a full body workout that didn’t involve running. You may be asking, “How did you pull that off, Farm?” Well…Burpees duh! See below:

Great workout farm! My hips and thighs were killing me on the run i did this morning and i can only credit it to 100 burpees. I will definitely try and incorporate more burpees in my future workouts.
Btw what is moleskin? I dont remember that from freed to lead.
NAKED-MAN MOLESKIN: That portion of the BackBlast in which the Q describes interesting things about the Workout that are at least partially true.
(Pulled from the lexicon)
Ah. Got it.
Thanks The Farm for the great workout. I’m glad you got the itch to come check us out…
100 burpees friday followed by a 9 mile run (record breaking!) Just about killed me. My knees and hips have been in agony all weekend long but im glad to have done it.
That means my Q tomorrow will be allllll upper body.
