Thank pax for showing up this morning and for doing great work. Sorry for the late backblast. We didn’t have a lot of Mumblechatter this morning. Hope to see you tomorrow morning as I am up to Q a bootcamp. There will be Mumblechatter! @Ribshack, Thanks for the backblast reminder. Iron Fist did happen.

From what I heard today, it sounds like @shawshank should Q and show us the true prisoner surrender!
I don’t think we’ve ever moseyed with the blocks before that I can remember…
I remember carrying milk gallon containers full of water. Also, I think it was @Dutch who had us carry Cinderblocks over our heads for long periods of the workout – we did a bit but I thought it might be overdoing it if we did that more.
You men are monsters!! My pects, lats, and obliques still hurt from Ribshack’s beatdown on Monday!! It was so funny when I couldn’t take off my lab coat today because of the stiffness and pain.
@Cardiac, are you still wearing the polo shirt? 😉
Nobody said you can’t be a gentleman dandy while sweating a beatdown.
Just figuring if you couldn’t take your lab coat off, might be stuck in the polo as well!

Glad to help out, @Cardiac. 🙂
Great beatdown @Guinness. Thanks for pushing us!
@Mad Hatter, You are welcome!
Good one @guiness. always something new. Today, the Prisoner Surrender and that is a tough one!
@Maximus, I think the Prisoner Surrender would have been better, as @Ribshack said, on grass.
