Under the banner of a shiny new workout name, 5 pax braved the Monday interval / speed workout kickoff. It went something like this:
Warm-up lap, followed by SSH, windmills & squats.
200m @ 75% + recovery lap
200m @ 100% + recovery lap
Mosey to business park
400m @ 75% + recovery lap
400m @ 100% + recovery lap
400m @ 75% + 400m @ 100% + recovery lap
Mosey back to school for 200m @ 110%.
Line up for Mary: LBCs, Low Dolly, & Spericans

1. Great job by all the pax to come out & push themselves!
2. Durden was still selling his shin-splint injury, but, he looked fine to me.
3. Stairmaster had plenty left in the tank for the final 200m – great push!
