Wonderful fall morning with a few pax sporting long sleeves already. Really tried to keep everyone on the move and get some good running in along with all body parts suffering too, hopefully QIC accomplished this. I think we covered close to 3.5 miles according to a couple of pax.

Welcome Gorkha, pax from another group who will probably be joining us on Tues/Sat. Also, welcome our newest and newly named pax Scott Kennedy who is now and forever more known as “Super Ray”. The Super comes from rumor of his super human strength/stamina of 10 men and the Ray from his hometown baseball team the Tampa Bay Rays, welcome!

Prayers go out for Catfish’s friend Tim who is dealing with cancer and now in an area that doctors have deemed as inoperable, may GOD lay his hands on him as only HE can. This same prayer goes out to Grover’s friend Adam who is also dealing with cancer. I know this disease is close to many of us as I’m sure we all have lost someone to this awful disease, may GOD grant the scientists/doctors the wisdom to figure out a cure. Continued prayers for Trick Daddy and the rest of the mission team in Brazil as they continue to spread the GOOD NEWS to unreached people groups! Traveling mercies for those that will be traveling/flying this week.

Great group and great discussions at Coffeeteria. Watch out deer tick, think there was some Fantasy football discussion going on about you….didn’t catch all of it though. Had nothing to do with your hair for the first time believe it or not.

Pleasure to lead you great men as always, AYE!
