Pile Driver Monday Blues
All East Charlotte BackblastsSeptember 26th, 2016
10 sad clowns decided to brave the spitting rain for a monday morning gloomfest.
As if RedFriday on a saturday wasn’t enough. The Q decided to repeat the push to the pain barrier. Actually it was decided before when the Q signed up to Q thanks to Cadre Bert from from his trip to the beach.
Jog around parking lot (with bear crawled and lunges thrown in) to the Korean War Memorial to honor those who gave all.
Low back stretch to the left then to the right.
Pelvic tilts and circles in memory of Hugo”s salad days at ECU.
15 SSH
Mosey to picnic tables that never get no love from the pax
3 exercises with 3 options
50 Merkins (incline, decline, table top–dealers choice)
50 WW2 situps ( or flutters, LBC)
50 air squats or walking Lunges
1/4 mile lap around track
AMRAP
The Q got 3 rounds in. So that was about average
COP for a 2 minute Glute Bridge!
Thanks for the lead. Didn’t know that this would be a shorter version of RED Friday but it was planned so I stuck with it. Great work out there gentlemen and it was a pleasure to lead! Everyone kept working and pushing. This was a shorter version of Saturdays beatdown which left us flat on the ground crying for mamma!

Thanks BLC! You know it’s been a good beatdown when you have trouble lifting your arms and legs for the rest of the day.
My pleasure LL! Come again next monday and we will try it again!
