After two PAX revealed they hit the snooze alarm and finally rolled out of the fartsack, eight PAXs took off for an easy three mile run up the parkway. The pace was set for the group as @Wild Turkey left us in the dust. The pace was smooth with a good deal of mumble chatter as YHC starting recruiting Slappy and Murdock to take his place in next year’s BRR.

THE THANG:

Run at a nice easy pace or as @BOS likes to call it his normal 10:30 pace. @Wild Turkey made YHC feel like he was back at the BRR as he passed the group three time, strong work.
