In normal TS fashion – YHC planned too much for our Labor Day special last Monday.  So rather than craft a new weinke we just revisited the past to complete some of what we missed.

Capri Lap

• Mosey around parking lot
• Run parking space lines, regular, karaoke, reverse gear, karaoke, repeat until end of lot
• Plank for six
• Mosey to creek bed for coupon
• Select lifting size bolder (if you can see one in the dark)
• Hey look… there’s Capri!

Warm-up

• SSH (15x)
• Rock Curls (10x – 5x each arm if you can hold your rock… Q fail)
• IW (15x)
• Rock Curls (10x)
• Happy Appys (15x)
• Rock Curls (10x)
• Slow Count Rock Merkins (5x left hand on rock, 5x right hand on rock)
• Rock Curls (10x)

Tha Thang

Hills!

• Triple nickel
• WWII Sit-ups @ bottom of hill (5x)
• CDD @ top of hill (5x)
• Repeat (5x)
• Plank-o-rama for six

Rock Time!

• Grab your new rock friend and head to wall court
• Circle up tight
• Rock Curls (10x IC) and pass rock to the right
• Tricep Ext (10x IC) and pass rock to the right
• Chest Press (10x IC) and pass rock to the right
• Rock Rows (10x IC) and pass rock to the right
• Rinse and Repeat (2x)
• Keep passing rock to the right until you have your rock back (Not that it matters – ha ha)

Chilean Miners!

• Deposit rocks at end of wall
• People’s chair close together
• Pass each rock until all rocks have been moved to end of line
• Mosey or sprint around the uh… rope, I mean wall, I mean house, no court!  (Thanks Swiss Miss)
• Rinse repeat until rocks were moved across both courts and back (8 rounds-ish)

Just wall!

• Balls to the wall – HOLD IT
• Australian Mtn Climbers (10x IC)
• Slow Dance (pronounced Slow DAYnce) (2 left, 2 right)

Mary

• Mosey to crick bed to redeposit coupon
• Mosey to parking lot for Mary
• Rosalita en espanol (15x)
• LBC (15x)

Moleskin

• Good to see our “Capri Dance” brought in a Capri this AM.  He thought he was a Ninja, but we saw him.
• Thanks for hanging in with me there on the courts (or whatever I called them).  Saw a lot of modifying so hopefully it was challenging.
• Nice to meet Tulip.  Hope you make it out to see us again soon.
