Not a Filet
All All MECA BackblastsAugust 31st, 2016
The recently named route for the Wed RS Cruise is of course the Fishbone and hence the name of the BB. Four of us braved the spooky, fog covered Greenway this morning, with the current format of fast paced running with stops at all the bridges, trails to the neighborhoods, and the dock. It went at least something like this (as best I can recall):
18 stops with one of these exercises at each station (in no particular order). Mostly all completed IC:
Windmill X 10, Cotton Picker X 10, Air Presses X 20, 50 and 25 count WWII sit ups, Arm circles X 20, Incline mericans X20, Burpees X 20 (Spark Nut is a sadist- I like it), Mountain climbers X 15, Mericans X 20, IST X 10, LBC’s X 25, dips X 20, Carolina dry docks X 20, missed a few…
Distance of about 3.5 miles in 41:35 for a 11:55 pace including the stops for the pain stations.
COT/BOM/closing prayer- be grateful we can come out and do what we do, many others would love to be able. Prayers for Louisiana and specifically Gonzalez, Spark Nut’s home town.
Psalms 141:5: Let a righteous man strike me, it is a kindness: let him rebuke me, it is oil on my head.
Until next time- MC out.

PAX kept tight this morning, solid effort by all. Glad to see Palin back out. Spark Nut and Milk Bone- I started to sleep in but knew you guys would almost be guaranteed to show up; thanks for the steady attendance to keep us all accountable.
Missed you today, Sugar. Hope Tradition was what you were expecting (or maybe not)!
I expected not to do 75 WWIIs or 20 Burpees so I guess I chose wisely! Actually my rt foot plantar needed a break anyway. You should see the coupon pile those boys over there have!!!! Got to throw some cinder blocks around!
See you all tomorrow!
Wow. That workout always delivers! I hate, it that’s why I show up.lol.
My legs felt like heavyweights today. Not sure why. Anyway thanks for the push fellows. You men are the reason I get up before the sunshine. AWESOME

Sugar when I when to q school at tradition they had a brick and block pile as well. Sounds good!
Marie – Good night! I still think you had some extra “get up” this morning. That last push was impressive.
