7 brave Pax made a great decision to show up for non stop pain stations in the parking lot this morning. YHC has been getting inspired by new workout ideas and thought he would try it out on the unsuspecting yet fully capable and eager Pax – The pain stations went something like this.

Warmorama – Guiness took off for the mosey- that a way… but not so fast YHC had us to stop at each corner of the church for some Warmups — and warm up we did.

Partner parking lot pain stations – grab a partner for the following
Painstation(PS) 1
P1 – Plank updowns x 15 while P2 does Freddy Mercs until P1 finishes – switch
Run to PS 2 – P1 Jump Ropes x 50 while P2 does battle rope planks – 15 per arm – switch
Run to PS 3 – P1 Toe Touch Merkins x 15 while P2 does Cricket Climbers x 4 w/ a CB Burpee- switch

Repeato – till 6:05 – ideas is to keep moving and pushing your body to burn those cals and test the limite of your stamina… it worked!!

Finally – FURY FINISH
P1 does V- Crunch x 15 while P2 does Crunchy Frog – Repeato x 3 to max out and push the abs to failure!

Great work by all PAX!! – it was a tough push this morn… and you are better for it. Way to test the limits of the workout and feel some BURN. EnJOY the day!
