Warmup: Mosey to Rehab Center
SSH – 20 (IC)
Windmills (slow) – 15 (IC)
TP Hamstring Stretch x 2 (20 count)
Karaoke 20 yds. each direction

Thang: Touch Down Fever
Start at grass at bottom lot with a cone at 10 yard interval for entire length of 100 yd. football field – exercise at each cone with number of exercises matching the yard line.
10 yd. – 10 Burpees
20 yd. – 20 Merkins
30 yd. – 30 Brazilians (2 count)
40 yd. – 40 LBCs (IC)
50 yd. – 50 Goblet Squats
40 yd. – 40 LBCs
30 yd. – 30 Brazilians
20 yd. – 20 Merkins
10 yd. – 10 Man makers with Rock (Why change because last 10 yards are harder than first 10)
Goal Line – Touchdown celebration of your choice
Jog back to start once at sideline do a movement exercise of your choice to starting goal line (Bear Crawl, Karaoke, Backward Run etc.)

Repeat until time is called.

Moleskin: Great fun workout with a huge group for Saturday. We had many nice touchdown celebrations including the Iky Shuffle and TeBow. Had Popeye yelling at me asking what time it was but I told him I had a watch and kept track of time. He must have confused me with Tick or El AB??? Workout was difficult I believe for all, Fire Chicken told me any workout that had him struggling to do 20 pushups at the end was good. I took that as a compliment and Hipbone changed their 8 mile run after our workout to a 5 miler. Much conversation about top 5 running backs of all time but had a little bit of a time barrier between our “respects” and “hates”. All in all good fun on a Saturday morning.

Prayers – Frostbite’s wife, Katie, as she is due any day. Friend of mine at work in Cincy has a 7 year old son Landen with some major kidney issues. Also remember our PAX students starting back to college as we move them in, especially the freshmen including Running Eagle, Linsanity and Mabelle’s oldest daughter Lauren.
