4 Cruisers emerged this morning to the amorous looks of Mr Belding. Its been a while since Mr Belding has been a runner, once he was an accomplished marathoner, but now the thought of running sends chills down his spine. However the attraction never dies. The giddy looks and compliments on our beautiful physiques and clothing choices was enough to make any man blush.

It was supposed to be a rest day for many of the BRR runners, but I’m finding more and more that I just don’t like rest days and that rest days do not necessarily mean doing nothing. A nice mile run was just what the doctor ordered this morning. Farm, Jelly and i cruised along at a nice easy pace, while Durden literally ran circles around us.

Some talk of sausage movies kept us moving, with Jelly always trying to pull the conversation into the gutter……poor Anne……
