  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Squats (sans rock), switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Tricep Extensions, switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Forward Raises, switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Hand-On Rock Merkins, switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Lunges (sans rock), switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Bentover Rows, switch – 3 rounds
  • Partner 1 ran the stairs while partner 2 did Overhead Presses, switch – 3 rounds

THE MOLESKIN:

  1. Great work from the PAX today. 10 exercises x 3 rounds per exercise x 35 steps per round = 1050 steps going up and 1050 going down. The Empire State Building has 1860 steps leading up to its 102nd floor. It is safe to say the PAX ran the equivalent of 57ish stories up and down. In addition to various exercises in between.
  2. Great to have @Murdock back. Much respect for hanging tough for a stair heavy exercise after all his foot trauma lately. @Powerball posted to his first MCP bootcamp. Hope to see you at this AO more often.
  3. With heart rates soaring into the 170s, some of the PAX were longing to join the women’s group in the school’s bus parking lot. At least the PAX was in the shade, even if the intensity was slightly higher than our estrogen friends.
  4. YHC’s use of the word “simple” received some negative reviews as well as a grammar critique.
  5. The breeze during BOM was a great reminder that our Creator is in the details of life. The closing prayer was from,St. Augustine and I include it because it is a great reminder of this truth.
