Friday Morning Lights (Middle School Edition)

Surprisingly, the bright high school stadium lights didn’t wake up the fart sackers this morning.  Oh well, 4 pax got a little faster with a little acceleration.  This morning  it was all about speed, both mid-distance speed and sprinting speed.  The workout looked a little like this:

    • 45 second rest

  • Great burst of speed this morning by @Hotdog! For a second there I thought he was going to beat YHC on that first 400m sprint.  Keep it up brother!
  • Awesome push by @Escalade and @BearClaw this morning! Its nice to get away from long distance runs every now and then and work on shorter distance sprints.
  • If you’re looking to get some extra mileage on top of Bull Run and Bootcamp tomorrow, some pax will be meeting at 5am tomorrow for a pre-bull run.  YHC will most likely be joining in on the fun.  Sound off below if you also plan on joining in.
