8 manly MEN posted for another throwback beatdown Q’d by YHC. Only one might of the pax present today (@Point Break) might’ve been around for it last August, which indicates two things. 1) We have gained lots of new faces over the past year! 2) A lot of the originals weren’t there today! Speaking of @Point Break, I was looking through some old files last night. I kept attendance for the first three months of our existence. Did you know your F3 anniversary was on 7/14? Happy belated anniversary brother. You’re officially a vet. Anyway, back to the boring BB. Here’s what we did:


Quick mosey to the end of the parking lot and back
5 burpees
5 burpees
15 MC IC
5 burpees
15 Windmills IC
5 burpees
15 Michael Phelps w/ #Phelpsface
5 burpees

The Thang:
Partner Up and pay in with….5 burpees
Each group completes the following

150 WW2 Situps
100 Partner Derkins
100 Jump Squats

Pay out with….5 burpees

Mosey around the clubhouse

Pay in with 5 burpees
150 Plank Jacks
100 Mericans
100 Air Squats

The second round was the plan…however, @Jordache claimed that mericans were bad for his back and asked if we could do LBCs instead. However, he was able to do plank jacks no problem. So…mericans hurt your back but plank jacks don’t??? #icallbs

I hope everyone got a good workout this morning…I know I did! I’m going to crash when I get home from work after getting 4 hours of sleep last night!

Welcome to @Game Changer. I’ve known him for almost 15 years and it was great partnering up with him. He made it through his first F3 workout in 90% humidity without spilling merlot. T-claps! Remember, F3 is in Wilmington, Chapel Hill, Raleigh…go find them!
