4 Station Course – Team Competition, man vs man

• Bear Craw 25 yards
• Sprint to Shuttle Run (2 brick shuttle)
• Sprint to Tires (3 tire flips)
• Sprint to Blocks (5 man makers)
• Sprint to Finish – Tag next team member
• Course was run twice

While racers run, rest of PAX does the following exercises until next man tagged

• SSH
• Merkins
• Squats
• Mt. Climbers
• KGB’s

Moleskin

Always fun when we have a big group.  Team Two was victorious but doesn’t mean much with teams were randomly selected.  Thought about picking teams but had bad flashback to middle school kick ball.  Great effort by all.  Deertick taught us early that coming out of a bear crawl to a sprint can be dangerous when top heavy with good hair.  BRR team took another hit as El Ab went down with back spasm during man makers.  Welcome to FNG Eric Mereen.  He has work buddies that do F3 Harrisburg but he lives in Concord.  Not sure his buddies gave full disclosure on crazy cult-like behavior of F3 Pax.  Prayers for Frostbite and wife as bambino is coming soon, Deertick’s buddy whose father had a stroke, my wife for upcoming ankle surgery and EL AB’s back.
