Independence Day 5K

All All MECA Backblasts

6am set up, 7am Sign up, 7:30 Start…..  No better way to get the 4th of July holiday off to the “Races”.

F3, Sun & Ski Sports, FIA, Wellington Neighbors, Winchester Neighbors, and Flash Mod 5K Fans, it was a great turn out  with 93 competitors, the largest Flash Mob 5K to date according Bryan from Sun & Ski, that’s pretty awesome.

Winnebago cruised through at 6:30am in the middle of a 9 miler…….

2.0’s on bicycles and in strollers all over the place.

Blood Sport rocking 3 generations of runners on the track at the same time.

The Farm posted in a supervisory roll only, claiming a guy drinking red white and blue cans of Buds in a bald eagle hat totally threw him off…I’m sure this has meaning???

This will be the first of what will become an F3 Precinct Tradition,

Special thanks to the M’s of Toro, Man Down, Hot Wheels, and No H that helped volunteer during and after the event.

    Thanks for putting it together! My 2.0 (daughter) really enjoyed getting out there and doing it, especially with the popsicles and raffles at the end!

    This was a great blessing for my family. They’ve never done a 5K before. Thanks so much for setting this up. It was a lot of fun!!

    All are welcome to F3 Dads in Harrisburg on 7/16… Stallings Road Park at 7am. Pancake breakfast on site following the workout.
