13 Pax took part in today’s baseball adventure in a normal summer hear and humidity

Warmup: Circle up at our warmup spot
25 x SSH (IC)
25 x Mountain Climbers (IC)
TP’s Hamstring stretch 10 count x 2

Thang: Baseball setup with Home Plate being near the rock pile. Bases setup approx. 90 ft. apart. You completed an exercise at each base and an exercise to travel to next base.

Home: Giant – Grab a rock do a goblet squat plus curl plus overhead press x 20
Home to First: Ranger – in a squat position hop to 1st base (similar to riding a horse)
First: Indian – In pushup position hold chest 2 inches from ground for a slow 20 count
First to Second: Cubs – Bear crawl to 2nd base
Second: Oriole – Like superman but with arms out to the side like a bird, hold for a slow 20 count
Second to Third: Dodgers – Cones set up along path do a side to side “Dodge” around cones toward 3rd
Third: Nationals – Merkins 20 count
Third to Home: Marlins – Broad jump Burpees to get to Home plate

Then run a home run lap around ASEC

Rinse and Repeat but each repeat you must add +5 to your total count (25, 30, 35, 40)

Mary: KGBs 20 (IC)
J-Lows 10 (IC)
LBCs 30 (IC)
Cobra Stretch 10 count x 2

Mole Skin: Great turn out and all the guys rocked it! Q pulled up the rear as legs are shot. Great having the form police back (BCR). It is such an honor to have someone with such perfect exercise form in our group. Lead Pax completed 4 home runs and started on their 40 count at bat. All pax at least started the 35 count at bat. Baseball theme wanted to call out all 6 first place division leaders so had to come up with a few new exercises. Dodgers and Marlins were honorable mention as they are in 2nd place. The Marlin (Broad jump burpee) seemed to be a fan favorite. Indy shared that with me first at Carolina Courts/Coal Train workout. Good showing at Coffeteria but like most week days our stay is too short as work calls.
