Moleskin
- Strong push by all. Today’s pace is a pretty good indication of how fast you would run a BRR leg right now. I know I need some work.
- There were some comparrsions to @Skybrooks #ChickenFoot workout. Definatly as tough, but this one has longer hills. #ChickenFoot is steeper though
- Where the Hell did @Deuce come from? I want him tested for PED’s immediately
- @BearClaw pushed me the whole time, then left me at the bottom of the hill at the end of the second lap. You’ve come a long way brother
- @Exit54 was holding his own against @TheMagnificent and @SSMinnow. Did you guys get in three full laps?
- I thought about knocking on @BillyGoat’s door to ask for a cold drink and some air conditioning. Especially when I looked up and saw the hill coming out of his cul-de-sac.
- I noticed were were missing 20ish members of the various BRR teams. It’s going to be a long weekend come September.
Keep Killing it,
Solo Cup

Thanks for letting me lead and for being flexible with the location change.
Great run, Solo. We did about 2 and 2/3 laps, 5.3 miles because Mags insisted on some extra credit on one of the off-course cul-de-sacs. My Garmin says 672 feet in elevation gain today, which is slightly – slightly – above average for a BRR leg. Time to get busy, fellas…
That was tough! I ran this neighborhood a few weeks ago (think I saw Klump heading to work?), but I did the flatter parts, too. Great route, Solo Cup! I got 4.42 miles total (if you trust MapMyRun on my phone), under 8.5 min/mile for the first three. Credit the downhill sections!
That sucked but I will return again. Nice lead and change. #DevilsPitchfork
Thanks for the lead @Solocup. Great route. This course allowed the fast guys to run on at their pace and not have to come back to pick up the six.
