I pulled in the parking lot 10 minutes to launch and was the sole person awaiting the arrival of the PAX. Finally @Minnow showed and then @Hears-A-Who. We waited a few minutes past but no other head lights beemed the parking lot. I guess either men were vacationing after school let out for the 2.0’s or #ChickenFoot was the place to be. Below is what transpired.

Run a mile to North Deck

Haul ass up #StairwaytoHeaven
Make your way across the top deck and descend the #MineShaft to the bottom

At the bottom of ramp #1 perform the following:
– 10 Merkins
– 10 Carolina Dry Docks
Haul ass up Ramp #1
15 Squats at the top of the ramp
Backwards Run across the flat
Repeato until you get to the top while adding 2 reps at the bottom of each Ramp
Once you get to the top, run down #MineShaft

Repeato until 0605

Run a mile back to basecamp

Sweaty Man’s Moleskin:
– Weather we have 3 men or 100 men we will proceed forward and do what we do best. Thanks for joining me men! I had a partner workout in mind but since we only had 3, the math didn’t work out in my favor.
– Great to see @Hears-A-Who out again, I heard he posted to Harrisburg sometime last week also. Three posts now, sounds like we have a regular on our hands.
– Not a whole lot of chatter during the workout but we made up for it during #COT by getting to know our brother @Hears-A-Who a little better.
– By the way I believe there was a 40 year age gap this morning, crazy to know we rub shoulders with that age span.
