The pax were 15 strong this humid morning. Thank you for all the support for YHC’s VQ. It went something like this:

Warm-up:

  1. Short mosey. High knees to next light post
  2. Lunge walk to next light post
  3. Circle up: SSH x 15 IC, Windmill x 15 IC, Imperial Stormtroopers x 15 IC

Mosey to main entrance. Partner up. Goal for each team was a total of 100 derkins, 200 incline merkins, and 300 step-ups (jump-ups counted x 2). Run down the hill to the white poles in between turns.

Not sure who finished first but I think I saw what looked like Dick Tracy and Pharaoh as the winners.

Mosey to the tunnel.

  1. 10 donkey kicks OYO
  2. People’s chair x 1 min, with shoulder presses IC x 15
  3. Balls to wall as long as you can hold it – we had to peel Clueless, Kojak, and Sourdough off the wall at around the 1:30 mark. Sourdough had extra velcro with his bloody knee.
  4. Repeat 10 donkey kicks OYO
  5. Repeat people’s chair x 1 min, with should presses IC x 15

Mosey back towards the main parking lot. Lunge walk to next light post. Burpee broad jumps to next light pole. Slow mosey back to for Mary.

Mary:

  1. Terrible Towel – mason twist x 9 (I don’t like odd numbers – everyone do one more today, that bugs me I messed up the count).
  2. Kojak – flutter kicks x a lot
  3. Gamma – LBCs x I wasn’t keeping track
  4. Clueless – the W – seemed like a good amount
  5. Pharaoh – reverse LBCs x million
  6. Sid Vicious – WWII situps x 10 OYO
  7. AstroVan – circle of merk x 3 mins to end the work out

    Today was the best #WL yet. Nice work, @TT. It was a tough one. My hamstrings were still hurting from Friday’s self-inflicted beatdown at The Dawg House. Feeling better now!

    @Colonel – I’ll lead again soon. As long as I didn’t earn a spot on the DawgHouse “no Q” list with Kojak and Dick Tracy.
    @Dick Tracy – I was thinking the same thing. Why are my hammies so sore? Hmm

    Great Q TT. Definitely looking forward to the next one. Gotta get some work in on those odd numbers though.
