Low tech, low drag.
All All MECA BackblastsJune 6th, 2016
It’s five o’clock somewhere and 4 came out for their weekly dose of White Lightning. While others engaged in a high-tech nerd battle of “My Elevation is Bigger than Your Elevation” we just went out and worked for 45 minutes.
Mosey to the Speedway entrance
SSH x15
Air Squats x15
Continue to the first overpass
10 SSH on the track side, up the ramp, 10 Air Squats at the middle of 29, down the other side, 10 Mericans, run back over to the track.
Repeat with 9, 8….down to 1. Continue running until all complete the ladder.
Mosey back to the entrance.
LBCs x25
Low Flutters x25
Continue back to the cars
Pretzel Crunch x10
Homer to Marge, w/Low Dolly x15 mixed in.
COT

1. Thanks for coming out. Love that overpass…it’s a long slow climb on the track side, and a shorter, steeper climb on the campground side.
2. Othello led the way, then continued on as we each finished.
3. He may not be the fastest, but Dick Tracy posts consistently and never quits. How about you?
4. Terrible Towel takes the White Lightning Q for the first time next Monday. Come out and support the youngin!

Strong work, gentlemen!
Just had to comment on this just because of the title and opening statement. Nice Gamma!
T-Claps to Terrible Towel for stepping up to Q!
LOL!
Looks like a good one. I’ll have to come check it out sometime.
Gamma – everyone knows yours is bigger
@Farm – come out anytime!
@Dingo – no comment.
@Col – thanks. Figured you wouldn’t get past “it’s five o’clock somewhere…” before heading off to happy hour.
@MeCa Pax – little bit of chest-thumping out there on the Twitters this morning. All in good fun, but focus on being the guy who makes others better. If you’re not sure how, find the guy(s) who made you better, pay attention, then pay it forward.
Thank you, @Gamma, for the Q. It was a tough, but fun workout. Thanks for not leaving #thesix.
